What are GIMNI's role and objectives?

GIMNI acts as a unifying body for Indonesia's vegetable oil industry and as a partner to the government. Its main objectives include:

• bringing together vegetable oil industry companies;
• uniting businesses in Indonesia's vegetable oil industry;
• acting as a partner to the central and regional governments in policy-making.

To support this role, GIMNI develops activities in information, promotion, marketing, advocacy, mediation, consultation and discussion.
